From the time Brenda was in second grade she told her teacher, Mrs. Wolfe, that she was going to become a novelist, but she never knew what she would write about.

Brenda went on to become an inspiring change agent who has helped leaders, organizations, teams and individuals turn their "now what?" challenges into a "why not!" for over twenty years.

She was inspired to write this particular book, TBD, when her own life went sideways in 2008, and she had to navigate her own uncertain times. She realized she drew upon many of the skills she uses in her consulting work. TBD blends professional case study examples with personal anecdotes and stories, making the concepts and strategies applicable for the workplace and the life space!

As a sought-after leadership and change management consultant, coach, and speaker, Brenda has advised hundreds of major corporations, nonprofits and organizations on how to manage the people side of change. She's coached countless leaders and individuals to make job transitions, strengthen their teams, create strategy, and manage all sorts of uncertainty.

Brenda holds a Master's degree in Organization Development and undergraduate degree in Communication Arts and Education, with a minor in writing.

She is also a TEDx speaker on the topic of Navigating Transition Fog, a qualified Vistage presenter, and a sought-after keynote speaker.

She recently finds herself in transition, having launched her youngest of two sons to college, bringing this book into the world, and creating the "Now What?" Transformation Clarity Card Deck - a 56-card deck, full of information and inspiration for anyone moving through a change at work or home.

Brenda currently lives in the Philadelphia, but loves to travel!

A must-read for leaders at all stages of their career and at every level. An easy read, with big impact.
