THE EXPERIENCE
What This Experience Is
STAYING TOGETHER is an exclusive, year-long follow-up experience for graduates of the COMING TOGETHER Women's Leadership Program and past alumnae who want to continue growing—together. This is not a course. This is not a lecture series. This is a living, breathing leadership community designed to meet you where you are—month by month, challenge by challenge.
Navigate real-time leadership challenges
Think out loud with trusted peers
Pressure-test decisions
Gain clarity and momentum
Stay connected to a community that gets it

Each session flexes to what the group needs most—whether that's focused masterminding, the exploration of a key leadership/life theme, hot seat time, or sharing of real issues you are facing and want input or coaching for.

Who This Is For
STAYING TOGETHER is designed for:
COMING TOGETHER 2025 graduates
Alumnae from prior cohorts who want to re-engage
STAYING TOGETHER is designed for:
Depth over performative networking

If you appreciated the candor, trust, and collective intelligence of COMING TOGETHER, this
space builds directly on that foundation.
